Joint Mobilisation / HVLA
Techniques that involve the controlled movement of joints to restore function and reduce pain. The HVLA (High-Velocity Low-Amplitude) technique in osteopathy refers to a manual therapy method that involves applying a quick, controlled force to a joint, typically in a specific direction, to restore its normal range of motion and function.


Dry Needling
Inserting needles into specific muscle areas to release tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility by stimulating muscle tissue and promoting healing.
